i was looking at Aqua avatar and it amaze me to see her with her little girl (so use to read her post thinking she still pregnant but now here she was with her little girl next to her face)

made me wonder , when the first time they handed you your baby ...what did you think first?

I have a video of the nurse handing me the baby and I said (my eyes full of tears): my baby, I don't know what I'm gonna do with you!

I was angry because Id asked the nurse to pass him to Matt first and she just pretty much threw him at me lol

Tbh, it wasn't until a couple of hours later that I started feeling like... motherly towards him. I was so tired and confused. I felt like Id been in a trance my whole labour! But when I started coming round from resting I cried my eyes out.

i was just totally shocked after asking what we had, a boy or a girl and her dad said "both" i panicked, the midwife laughed and said "no dear thats the umbilical chord, most little boys arent that well endowed, you have baby girl".....

i then just stared at her and didnt speak for about 10 minutes, the midwife said to me then, "are you ok dear, you did know you were pregnant didnt you" lol

still a daze now really, it took a while for it all to sink in!!

With leigha they chucked her on my stomach to try and sort something out around my nooney area, so i was like - ewwww, you babies come out slimey - then i laughed at myself and then i was like - why aint she crying. This musta happened in seconds..then they took her away to the thing at the end of my bed and made her cry...when they placed her in my arms for the first time i was like - wow, your amazing - but then i handed her to michael as id been in labour 28 hours and needed some sleep.

With tom, i looked at him and thought i was going to brake him as he was smaller than my daughter was at birth - but again, i was amazed at how perfect they both were.

Ill never forget the first time i said hello to my two incredible babies.

they not babies anymore tho, daughter 3 in a week and half, tom 1 on friday!!

I was crying loads and I remember it seemed surreal, my first thought was something along the lines of wow she is beautiful, so amazing and perfect. I really couldn't believe it and wouldn't let her go apparently.
