You were suppose to get them yesterday I'm so angry
so so sooooooo angry! Went a bit loopey on the phone yesterday (wasn't his fault though so was half angry half it not your fault attitude) as it said 'delievery tomorrow' ...making a claim and a complaint to a seperate department for counter complaints - the post office did not give the parcel over until yesterday the day it should have arrived! A complaint & a couple of quid isn't going to satisfy me soooooooo after 2pm today I'm on my way down to them to confront them personally why they did not pass my parcel on until the morning after & refuse to be polite about it! Muha!
So sorry it didn't arrive on time - I know you won't mind but I do x
