This stupid vet hospital is really starting to piss me off. As in my other thread, they quoted me over 2 grand for 3 days of ICU care for my cat and I had to pay $1100 in advance. Then I had to decide to put him down. He was only there for 8 hrs.

When we picked him up yesterday the stupid girl at the frount counter was a dumb bimbo who could not tell her ass from a phone to save her life. And we sat there and sat there just waiting to get our cat to bring home to burry. (even after calling and in advance to let them know we were coming) Well we got made and someone else just went in and got our cat and said our charges were not finalized yet and they would call latter....

Well half the day passed yesterday and no one called... so i called... No charges are not ready yet... This went on all day yesterday and now all day today. They keep saying they will call and dont.

I just want this to be over... So F them... I have emptyed my checking account and put the money in saving so when they cash my check it will bounce. Im sure then they will call me. Im just thinking they dont want to tell me that they owe me money. So once they figure out the charges, Ill write them a new check fow what is owed. and I will not pay any NSF charges.

Every time I call I explain Im waiting to find out my total for Willy. They have my name they should look at my account before talking. Most say Oh when do you pick Willy up or is he still here or are we still treating him. Which I reply... No, he passed. Come on stupid people.

Anyways... the lady finally called back so hubby talked to her for a while and complained about the front desk staff and also explained we cancelled the check we wrote until we resolve the bill. Our final bill is only $950 (not including the $420 we already paid) but hey... we tried..... So we told the people that we would send a new check.

Since they are so stupid, Im only transfering enough money to cover the lesser check incase they try cashing both....

Good on you for the idea of bouncing the cheque so that they have no choice BUT to phone you when they figure it all out and how much you owe etc...

The real and only consolation is, you get to lay your companion to rest now.
