Yep, from the spice aisle at the supermarket. Except tabasco, that's alittle bottle and very HOT! Chilli you need to use sparingly. I put about a teaspoon of all of them in.
Garam masala is great for making anything meaty a bit more interesting without it being too hot or spicy. I love it in my cottage pie
