Good sleeping pills?


any one no any good ones i can buy from the shops? i have seen a few advertised on tv before like Calmers?

i need to get some i am getting about 2 hours sleep a night if that.
i just lay there all night and i cant switch off!

the other night it got to 6am and i had been laying in bed awake since 11pm
i got out of bed in a huff and downed some of Diors medised as it makes you drosey i soon fell into a nice deep sleep though

My oh uses Kalms sleep and says they are the best ones you can buy in supermarkets etc. They seem to workfor him, but take them about 1 hour before you want to sleep.

try Calms, Nightol etc, but they don't work for everyone, you might need to get some from you GP. You got an over active mind? Stressing?

Oh and Dionne if you want a medicine thats makes you sleep, you have to try liquid Night Nurse-jesus it comatoses u!

i love that i take it when im not well its fab, but i wouldnt advise it if your up during the night with your LO's as it does make you go into a really deep sleep

what is liquid Night Nurse? what is it for? where could i get it?
i just need one good nights sleep and kris can do the kids :wink:

i just lay awake all night thinking and i cant switch off.
i worry over the littlest thing and cant settle

A bottle of your favourite wine or spirit I hate red wine & when I lived on my own I'd have a glass or 2 of that - It was as good as a sleeping tablet!

I use to use nytol - Worked ok for me. Failing that Dionne how about seeing your GP?
