Got my B.S. in Accounting/Financial Planning. Working as a Staff Accountant for an itty bitty CPA firm in an itty bitty town in Oklahoma that I can't stand. Can't wait to take (and pass) the CPA exam- certified professional accountant- so I can get a goooood job and we can move back up north! Also currently taking online classes for a Master's in Bus. Admin. and after a couple years off I plan on going to law school specializing in tax law.

I have a B.A. in psychology and my postgraduate degree was in I.T. I used to work as a researcher in human computer interaction, but after things went belly up in the I.T. field, I decided to work in a completely different field. Now, I am a senior practitioner in homelessness and work for a local council. It is a stressful job and I sometimes dream of doing something else, but now with my baby on the way it looks like I have to stay with what I am doing for the money. Ah, well.

I read it and first, how are you doing? First, it's not easy when a new born baby comes to a family, speacially if the baby is the first one, both of you have to change your lives, because now a new life depens of you and that can cause a lot of stress, for what I read, I think you should let him deal with all the new feelings and it's really good that he cried and let everything out, that's really good and if you need to do the same do it. I know it's hard for you to see him like this, but sometims time can help so much, make sure that he feels that he can count on you, that if he doesn't want to go to a psychologist (someting I think will really help him), he can tell you how you feel, you have each other, and that the most important thing here. Make him talk about how he feels, I don't think he's having problems loving you or Mia, I think he loves both of you.

Thank you. I am doing much better, taking it one day at a time and trying to be positive. But I do have to admit I have a lot of anger and bitterness now, but I suppose it is my natural reaction to something like that.
