I'm Currently Feeling: | I learnt a VERY harsh lesson after uni about credit........ and my incapacity to reign myself in!!! D'oh!!!! I haven't had store cards since, so God knows how I will pay for baby stuff!!! Am trying to save each month for the 'bub fund' so I can buy what I need later on.
It's all very scary.

| I have decided that im closing that River Island store card as soon as i've paid it off. I don't mind buying things on credit but I don't know why I got that card when I already have a credit card.. big mistake!! When i've paid off some of my CC, I am lowering my limit if thats possible (im fairly new to this card business).
Im pretty good with paying my debts off, just can't stop spending (it's always an excuse, like this months excuse is going on holiday in late June and whats the point of living if you can't enjoy yourself?) but I hate the oweing money feeling.. it's on my shoulders and I feel bad! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | yeah i agree..... its such a burden owing money!!!
I much prefer having one card and knowing where i stand with it.... store cards are such high interest its a joke!!! I only use them if say for example they have a card holders discount day!!!
Luckily me and OH owe to family... so interest free
but its still a worry!!! |

| I order stuff from a catalogue, but that's nothing really compared to what the limit is. We learnt a hard lesson years ago |

I'm Currently Feeling: | When you pay CC down a bit defo bring the limit down if you want to - I paid mine off & all my debts with a loan and thought I won't use it unless emergency and now regret not lowering it because its back up. Bank said I could combine my CC and loan into one then said beeping no try in 6 months! I am well pissy about that & will take it further when I get chance because I wanted to combine and bring my limit down to 1/4 of what it is now. Then I have an OD which is pretty large too in fact thats about 1/3 of what my CC limit is!
I got a NEXT account and I have bought bits but if they higher it I'm going to ask them to take it back down its handy but a low amount is handy so Ill pay it and use it again in the future but do not want higher.
I have a small account with 24studio and did tell them to keep to my original limit! I love some of the kicthen stuff but I never want anything big from there.
So I have loan, CC, OD in same place and 2 credit accounts (next & 24studio) |
