I ordered the towels that Wobbles told us about, but cocked up and somehow ordered teal when I wanted white.

My fault completely.
I went to the post office yesterday to send the towels back. It had come with a pre-paid sticker to send it back. So I left them in the same box and put the sticker on. The parcel was too heavy for them to take!!!! The sticker wouldn't cover the postage!
I re-read the returns policy and it said I could take it to any M&S store for an exchange or refund. My nearest store is 10 miles away, so this morning, we drove there. I had the box in the trolley and picked up 6 more bales, but white, and went to the refunds and exchanges.
They wouldn't do it!!! They said that they would have to refund my card first, and then charge me for the new ones - that would mean I would be paying £35 instead of £21!!!!!!
I kept saying that I only wanted an exchange, but she just told me she couldn't do it - she would need to refund, then re-charge!
It took me an hour and half, 20 mile round trip, and I walked out towel-less.

I haven't got a leg to stand on though because it was a glitch in the code that meant they were £21. I have tried to re-order them, but they're £30 now.
Serves me right for not reading my order right!
