I am in the same situation as yourself uv, i have people renting in one of our flats, now they also go jolling and drinking, and this girl she is 21 her teeth are falling out from all the drug use and her boyfriend is constantly out jolling, their son is 1month and 6days older than what my son would have been ( 1year and 3weeks) and it kills me to see this poor child, always in a dirty outfits, has his nappy on for a WHOLE day yes 1nappy 1full day, and he is so skinny, he doesn't eat sollids he only drinks formula as they don't even have food in their house and he has a constant or permanent nappy rash. And screams when she bathes him wich i can hear in my house as his bum is on fire

I know that if i phone childrens services they will for sure take her baby away from her. As they don't even have a good income only her boyfriend works she is a stay at home mom "my ass"

Now i have lost my child and i can't imagine what she would do if they took her child, but i can't sit back and watch this poor child be underfed and treated like a dog.

ive called them and done an anon complaint, they want me to report the drug taking to the police, its made me feel really horrid and im not sure why

I would chick, imagine if something was to happen to him and you hadn't said anything..you'd never forgive yourself
There are too many of these cases of neglect being ignored with terrible consequences.

Youve done the right thing, i did something similar a couple of weeks ago and after felt so bad but then thought about that little girl and thought im sure if they take her away she would want to thank when she was older that person that made that call that day. These children deserve a decent upbringing in life and sometimes there own parents cant give them that. You have done the right the thing, its out of your hands now lets just pray for the little boy and hope they take him or give the family the help they need. x

ive just had the legal team out for my other neighbor and they are also being investigated because of the noise etc...

You have done the right thing. I have reported people before and I know it is not a nice thing...But, what they are doing to their child is not a nice thing. I think we feel we should keep our heads down and not say a word. If we all just turned a blind eye then people like this would just continue. This child does not have a choice about the drugs, drinking and fighting...But, it's parents have made a choice to indulge in such behaviour. If they want to waste their lives, that is fine, but do not waste the child's life. I am glad you reported them.
