Question

whats with cups of tea

any body elses parents seems to think a nice cup of tea seems to be the answer to all of lifes problems "we'll have a nice cup of tea and talk about it"
tea does not help and definatly dosnt make problems go away so what is it really all about ????

Do you really not believe in that?

A cup of tea doesnt fix everything but it sure as hell makes me feel better lol.

I found a quote that I use on my sigs sometimes which I think sums up the British attitude to tea:
You're a bit cold?
Tea.
You're boyfriend has just left you?
Tea.
You've just been told you've got cancer?
Tea.
Coordinated terrorist attack on the transport network bringing the city to a grinding halt?
TEA DAMMIT
