ab rollers


i have an ab roller but im a bit stuck on something...

when im using it, do i set a time and use it for that amount of time. or should i be counting how many sit things u do with it??

Twinkletoes,

Time vs # is your call really, When I used to do it, I did number of sit-ups.

I threw my roller away when we moved, but want a new one.

You could start with 10 of each type 3 times a day an hour or so b4 or after food. (My method), increase when the situps become too easy!

I ended up doing 1000 a day split between normal situps, obliques, and crunches, and loved it.

One hint, if it don't hurt, ur not doing it properly!
