The OH Appreciation Thread

I know we often come in here to have a good ol' rant about our typically male other halves... However, we are all married to / dating / going steady / tryin for a baby / procreating with, these people for a reason... and sometimes it can do us good and make us feel all nice and fluffy to remember and think about what these reasons are...

So here we have it: A place to basically come and boast about how loverly our partner's are

I hope that this will achieve a few things:

to a ) Make us feel good about our relationships,

and b ) to give other women hope that things can and do work out sometimes, and that that fairytale life we all dream of is attainable and worth chasing after and working for!

Yea i like this thread, yes i'm guilty and sometimes complain but my OH makes tea every nite and gives me massage's. Also (he will kill me) paints me toe nails, this is follow -on from when i was pregnent and couldn't bloody reach my toe's. More to come i'm sure!! x x

Ok well no matter how much I moan about my OH he really is the most amazing person I've ever met. He's so good to me and although we do each others head in sometimes we both still obviously love each other because we put up with each other lol He's such a lovely person and I can't think of one person who has come across him that has disliked him. He gives the best cuddles too and I'm glad that he isn't a mans man because although he might as well be married to his xbox he does cute things. For example sometimes in the middle of the night I'll feel his arm come round me and him snuggle up into my hair and when I ask if he's ok he'll say 'I had a bad dream' (he'd kill me if he knew I'd said that! Haha) Love him to pieces

I love it! My DH has been a huge blessing for my entire pregnancy and since Isabella's birth! I'm still recovering and he has done nothing but made sure mine and Izzie's needs are met. He has changed almost every diaper and gets up with me in the middle of the night when she is hungry.

well me and oh are together 20 years this october! so we must be doing something right! at the minute dh works away and is only home 3 days in every 14 this has made me realise that my life feels so empty without him here and I get really scared in case there is a day that hes not here I dont mean as in splitting up but you know long into the future when one of us has 'gone'

I think I love him more now than ever and although he can pi$$ me off quicker than anyone else on this planet he also makes me laugh more than anyone else too

I love my wife because she lets me sleep in the same house as her and she always laughs at my jokes no matter how bad they are at all. I love the fact that she always looks gorgeous and that she'll always eat whatever I've cooked. I love the way she gets annoyed if I don't use her train on the layout!

Finally, I love the way that she gets annoyed everytime she makes another colmans ball!

i Love my OH because..

1.) He always puts our daughters needs first
2.) He always puts my needs second
3.) He cooks the BEST spag bol
4.) Makes me feel like i can do anything i put my mind too
5.) When he comes to bed, he always gives my arm or back a tickle
6.) When he goes shopping he always comes back with a "surprise" for me
7.) Irons!!!! (enough said lol)
8.) Watches Most Haunted with me coz he knows im too scared to watch it alone
9.) Sorts out my car tax and insurance for me
10.) Has the same sense of humour as me

It took him a week to put Caitlins wardrobe up - ok 95% of it and no drawers yet HA
He moaned all day in town today and for about an hour after getting home
He complains about the tea I make him (drinking tea)
I just found out he had a hidden pack of cashew nuts
He told me today he thought I was an easy lay then because I wasn't he found me a 'challenge'

Oooooooooooo the list is endless

Answer to question .... well dunno but I love him anyway lol!

I love my OH so much!!!

• He tells me he loves me everymorning when I wake up!
• He tells Noah he loves him everyday.
• He looks after me & runs around after me when I'm sick or tired!
• He cleans up after me
• He always puts other peoples feelings & needs before himself
• He makes me laugh
• He tells me I'm beautiful
• He picks me up when I'm down
• He can cook, clean and iorn
• He gives the best cuddles
• He makes the best cuppa
• He always apoligises & hugs me after a tif (even if it was my fault)
• He's just said he'd treat me & buy me the pair of shoes I fell in love with on Saturday!!

I could go on!!!

I'd be well & truly lost without my Chris Bear
