Ebay help

I never really use Ebay to sell anything how ever on this odd occasion I have...

I listed a mobile phone in which the auction ended Thursday evening, it was listed paypal only and I sent the invoice to the person who won it on Thursday literally when the auction ended, however they still havent paid.

How do I go about politely asking if they have any intentions of paying for the item & when should I do this, ive left it a few days mind... But I just dont know how soon I should start chasing her up... When ever I buy anything from Ebay I pay immediately if im on the PC or when I can get on the PC when I have a free minute but we are talking like I never leave it any longer than a day or 2 to pay for anything.

x

I would keep it more polite, rather than blunt - only reason I say this is because, they may not have internet access at the moment, or a PC or they may just be really busy for a few days. I bought something the other day and had to mess around transfering money to pay for it, I didn't pay for 2-3 days which obviously isn't ideal, but it happens every so often.

Maybe say "Hi, just checking to see you got the invoice? thanks" etc etc. If you wait more than a few days after that, sort it out the other way.
