Men say the stupidist things!

I know men put their foot in their mouth alot...and i know my husband is one of the highest contenders of being a pratt with words..
Your other half ever said something thats funny? stupid? hurtful but kinda funny?

I was moaning i was fat when i was carrying my second child..he replied.."Well i think you have a thin persons face on a fat persons body"
When i burst into tears and laughter at the same time he was godsmacked i hadnt taken it as a compliment!

Idiot.

Matt "Your stretchmarks are fading..."
Me "No they aren't, look *points to side*"
Matt "Oh no, I meant the ones on the bottom of your belly, look, theres loads"

Of course I hadn't noticed those ones yet.

He also comments on how much my tattoo has stretched and how he "can't believe you were ever THAT skinny!"

Good job I love him eh?

xxx

I was feeling very touchy about my pregnancy weight gain and ask my OH if I still looked ok. (fatal mistake! )

He said 'Your boobs are massive, I don't really like women with big breasts.'

Bless him it totally came out the wrong way and I did cry, but then realised I was being a hormonal moron and he didn't mean it.
