I think wearing cropped tops and low trousers to show off a bump, in public is a bit OTT. If it's swimwear it's a different story and in your own home, very different. I don't mean a little gap when you're heavily pregnant though, sometimes they are unavoidable, but like huge gaps, you know?

And maybe I am a jealous cow, but after losing 3 babies, I think it justifies those pangs of sadness when someone is wearing a crop top and really low trousers to show off a bump.

Show off a bump by all means, but if you're in public, do it with clothes too.

BTW I don't like low cut trousers with crop tops anyway

Im not going to say you should hide/cover up your bump in baggy horrible clothes-but to be honesy ive seen some un-classy looking girls with everything out and it doesnt look nice. I think it was the teeny skirts and crop tops with boobs out etc that made me feel a tad ill.

But then ive seen others with a bit of bump out, but in clothes that fit/look nice and dont have their arse/boobs out at same time lol. They look lovely. We should be proud of our bumps!

As for swimwear or on holiday-id say sod it and wear a nice bikini and show off the bump!

keely.

I wouldn't do it... if theres a gap then fair enough, it cant really be helped, or maybe a bikini is ok or something but I wouldn't want too, far too many stretchmarks.
