I'm Currently Feeling: | If you've never been before, I'd say do 3 mins at a time for the first few weeks until you get used to it, but go like twice a week maybe?
After a while start to go for 6 mins.
I used to work with someone who went 9mins 4 times a week and she looked like a bright orange handbag, so I wouldn't recommend that lol.
Thats about all I know lol. I get clostrophobic so when I used to go, it was twice a week for 3 mins at a time.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh, and as for how long it takes, it took me AGES because I have really pale skin, Id say like 5 or 6 weeks before I noticed a difference. But I guess it just depends how well you tan.

If you're only just starting on them, I'd take it up in stages, 6mins for the 1st few times, then up it t 9mins, then 12 if ur comfortable with it. How many times a week
Again, if your just starting, i'd say about 3/4 times a week, for a month or 2 too build your base tan up. Then once you get your tan, about 2 times a week, too keep it. How soon do you see it work
You don't really notice much if you've only been on for 6mins a time, but wen you've been on for 9mins at least 4 times, you'll see your tan starting too show. |
