If you've never been before, I'd say do 3 mins at a time for the first few weeks until you get used to it, but go like twice a week maybe?

After a while start to go for 6 mins.

I used to work with someone who went 9mins 4 times a week and she looked like a bright orange handbag, so I wouldn't recommend that lol.

Thats about all I know lol. I get clostrophobic so when I used to go, it was twice a week for 3 mins at a time.

Oh, and as for how long it takes, it took me AGES because I have really pale skin, Id say like 5 or 6 weeks before I noticed a difference. But I guess it just depends how well you tan.

How many minutes tops at one time
If you're only just starting on them, I'd take it up in stages, 6mins for the 1st few times, then up it t 9mins, then 12 if ur comfortable with it.

How many times a week
Again, if your just starting, i'd say about 3/4 times a week, for a month or 2 too build your base tan up. Then once you get your tan, about 2 times a week, too keep it.

How soon do you see it work
You don't really notice much if you've only been on for 6mins a time, but wen you've been on for 9mins at least 4 times, you'll see your tan starting too show.
