Why did I have so much wine last night... Made my cramps go away... but Im paying for it today....

If you can't go back to bed to sleep it off, loads of water, and eat a banana. There's loads of potassium that'll help settle your tummy.

I have had tons of water, a power aid now a cup-a-soup to go with the ibuprophin I just took... 2 for the head ache and 2 for my cramps that came back

Im a wreck!
