We still don't know how the information got stolen. There is supposed to be a security guard accompanying everyone who enters our apartment, and we keep the doors closed to the office and bedroom (where the cards are, and they aren't in plain sight) because we don't like the cats in there while we are gone--to much for them to play with. For our computers we do try to keep them as secure as possible (I know it's not 100%) but we both run virus programs daily, run anti-spyware programs quite often and never had anything suspicious show up. Stan thinks that maybe the mail man had put our mail in the wrong slot (we get others mail all the time) and someone took it from there (this card company sends us all sorts of junk mail with sensitive info on it). Just really odd that it happened to the card we haven't used since November of 2006....
