It doesnt look as swolen... (but I have not been scratching it either... Still big, but does not look any worse... I have caked on Calimine lotion and that seems to really help releive the itchies.....

that looks nasty, as we have no bad spiders here I cant advise but I'd say get it checked; hope its ok
