I will go tomorrow if it gets any worse.... I have calamine lotion on it now and it has really really helped with the itchy.... now that I have taken the pictures I can really watch.. Plus there is a bruse by it that was there before so I can use that as a guide to if it is getting worse....

You should draw round the edge of the redness with a pen, then if it spreads you can easily tell!!
