If you call hacking the bottom off a pair of ikea ones, hanging them and then thinking "I'll hem them later" and 3 years later they're in the same state....

Yvanne eBay sellers do them but the prices are shocking so you never know Looks not so Ill go save for a year

Our windows blinds and curtain rail are not for tabtops - tbh I prefer hooped but they've had to be put upstairs
