for more glasses! hahaha
I went into the kitchen with the intention of making lunch - a ham sandwich and some fruit - that's all I wanted. How hard can it be?
So, being the lazy moo that I am, the clean dishes were still on the draining board - the cupboard I have to reach to, and my plastic bowl (that I use when my hands are particularly spazzy)was on the draining board. (so that I can chop my fruit up and chuck it all in there!)
I lift it up and as I do, my hands spasm a bit, making those lovely involuntary movements and knocking one of my posh wine glasses onto the floor and a normal glass too. I guess that's one way to get a sparkly floor!

Gary comes and cleans it up for me bless him (I have no shoes on - I never wear shoes at home!) and I look at my feet trying to see if there's glass there or the sharp cutting feeling that I have is just my jeans (when they rub across my skin it just feels like little cuts), I decide that it's just my jeans and carry on trying to make lunch.
When I sit down, I notice that I did infact cut myself - cause there's blood all over and the reason that I didn't feel it, was cause it was smack bang in the middle of a numb spot! Oh well at least it didn't hurt!
So....now I'm a happy bunny - cause I have a plausible excuse to feed my habit - my shopping habit!
- and as well as replacing the glasses that smashed, I also have the perfect excuse to buy those cool pink plastic wine glasses - even though we have no garden rofl
Well sorry to hear what you had to go through to get to go shopping, but at least you get to indulge in retail therapy
