Layla, love them houses.... the one on Bridgewater close isn't a bad area around there... its not brilliant, but Graham's sister lives on Marsden Ave (which is near it - i have to look at the maps! lol!)

The ones that are on long lane and stuff... when you look at the map, anything near to Poplars Ave i wouldn't personally recommend. Again no offence to anyone who grew up around there, its not a great area to live IMHO. (although - bigger houses, cheaper prices)

The St.Katherines Way one, isn't a fantastic area (howley) but you're near me.... (as if thats good) but you're also near one of the best primary schools in warrington (Fairfield Primary) and right near to town. And the asking price is pretty amazing!

The ones i linked i thought cos they might accept a lower offer.... so if its up for 119,000 they might accept 114,000 depending on how long its been on the market and stuff?

xox

lol yeah wobbles, would have to re decorate! lol

so to sum it up then Hayley, none of those areas are REALLY bad?

the area we live in now isnt that bad, but its not great either, but the school they are in nw is the best, secondry schools round here however suck!
i dont think we could ever afford to live in a real nice area, aslong as the kids dont hang about in the streets doing drugs and ganging up people etc, then i dont mind.

i just want to move anywhere lol anywhere away from here, i really hate it here now

seems to make more sence to move up north coz we get more space for our money, plus we know poeple up there.
Jase would need to get a job quick tho, whats the jobs like up there, hard to come by or easy to get?

got to convince him now
