well our morgage is 115,000

so if we took that with us it would have to stay at that or less, we couldnt get a top up i dont think.

and we need a min of 3 beds, preferably 4! but i doubt we will get a 4 bed in cheshire

we have friends in cheshire so i wouldnt mind going up that way atall, but it al depends on Jase

Which house was it?
The one that was near me or another one??
(nosy me!) lol!

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetai...a_n=1&tr_t=buy Thats in an ok area, lots of things for kids round there, near to schools and stuff

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetai...a_n=1&tr_t=buy not a bad area, different part of Warrington, near to the M62, shopping centre, schools, leisure centre etc nearby.... about 10 mins drive to centre of warrington

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetai...a_n=1&tr_t=buy same kind of area as above

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetai...a_n=2&tr_t=buy not sure where that one is... lol... but i like it! hehe!

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetai...a_n=2&tr_t=buy - this is almost identical to the one i wanted to buy on queensway south, i love it!!

I know some of them are slightly above your mortgage... but just to give you an idea of whats around.... Couldn't find a 4 bed around warrington around what your mortgage is... I know i'm not much help really! lol!!

(just had to stick my nose in! lol!)

Anything in a WA2 postcode theres extra "terms" on the insurance, only little things, i didn't read them all!

We're in WA1 so right near to town centre... I personally wouldn't live in Orford, but Lauz, Vicky & Imi might think differently (i'm a snob! lol!)
