I think you are missing my point.
What I am trying to say is for you to repeatedly say its not realistic when someone who actually went though this took the time to tell you she felt it was, could be seen as being insensitive and unecessarily harsh.
If someone commented on your personal experience of when you were in hospital with pre-eclampsia and repeatedly said 'but surely thats not how it actually is' I think you'd find that difficult to read. You've shared your experience and no one has shot it down as unrealistic.
If it should be portrayed on TV or not is a totally different subject.
