Stan and I have been inactively looking for another place to rent in the downtown area, bigger would be nicer, although we can manage (and probably will) where we live. Anyways yesterday he saw an ad for a place for $1000 a month, utilities included, 3 bedroom, a steal here so there has to be a catch right? Well he emailed the guy and we received an email and basically the guy told him that he would like us to keep the place neat and clean and he likes to come in once in a while and do a "check up"
Needless to say we will not be going to look at this place.
