It only annoys me when they park so close to a wall or hedge that I have no choice but to go in the road,but if it only means I have to walk on the grass or something then I dont mind as much (unless they had another option to parking on the pavement)!!
I wouldnt damage someones car on purpose,but if it was a busy road and I had to squeeze by their car and accidently damaged the car as a result then I wouldnt feel too guilty.but I would try not to damage it!!
(What annoys me more are people who park badly in mum and baby spaces.one parked next to me yesterday so close that I could hardly get into the drivers side...good job my LO sits on the passengers side really!!)

i hate it with the cars and i wouldnt scratch one on purpose ill always walk round if i can but with a big huff and puff about it lol. but my big one is the mother and child spots at the supermarket when people park there who have obviously left the child at home but because they have the car seat in the back its ok that drives me crazy.

another 1 that pises me of is when a disabled person, without a child parks in mother and baby, but if were to do it to them,
