When my friend and I were pregnant we had a long conversation about whether or not making cheese from breast milk was possible... I guess it is! I definitely wouldn't eat something made from another woman's breast milk though, god knows what she may be carrying. I read in another article about these people that the chef used two gallons of BM to make the cheese- if that's true, it's a tremendous waste IMO.
