Well its 6 weeks today we get married n getting quite nervous just because don't like being centre of attention and am quite shy with things like that, anyway we were thinking of this as first dance song what you think?
It's nice... Not something I would have gone for but a first dance song is very personal, I think - it should be something that reflects the two of you together.
I think the original (aerosmith) is better... but that's just my opinion

Great song- We had Peter Cetera Glory of Love. Whenever we first started dating DH said he would always fight for my honor and wanted to take me away to his castle.lol. He had no idea i loved this song. The meaning is so special.

Like has already been said, you choose whichever song has the most meaning to both of you...
When my SIL got married, they danced to "You're My Best Friend" by Queen... as they don't do "slow" dances!!!
My OH and I said when we can finally rebook our wedding, our first dance should be "Set You Free" by NTrance as it was the first song we danced to together when we first met!!

That is the same song had chosen for our first dance. We were suppost to be getting married on 21st June this year but decided to postpone due to baby being due 12 July.

Hi, the wedding song should just be something that is special to you, whatever that is (pop, garage, funk...). We don't have a "special" song as such, but when we have our wedding party in July (we got married last month) our first song will be Jack Rabbit Slim's Twist from Pulp Fiction... it reflects who we are And hubby is a really good dancer and I'm not so should be able to manage Mia Wallace's arm swinging
Lovely song. As all say it's about whats personal to you and oh.
Me and oh are going to have the lighthouse family - forever you and me. It means alot to us, and just a lovely song, with lovely lyrics!!
