How to get irn bru out of a beige/cream carpet


Well moved the sofa and theres a couple of irn bru stains, grrrrrrrrrr any idea what to put on it? Move out next month so really need to try and sort it so i get my deposit backlol x x

what about soda water, im sure that is used for getting stains out but i think you might have to use straight away (as soon as something has been spilt)

Vanish carpet foam is good but you may need a bit of elbow grease

Sorry to say, NOTHING!

I have just had to claim on my insurance because of spilled Irn Bru, you can fade it slightly with really diluted Bleach but it doesnt shift it, the only way is to replace the carpet!

I did hear that there was a wonder product that had been made though, you have to phone Irn Bru company to get the details though .

Thanks for the advice, yeah kinda thought there wouldnt be anything to shift it. Put some vanish mouse on it earlier and it did fade it slightly, i just want to try get the worse out of it so it isnt visible lol. Maybe try my mates steam cleaner x
