I use a salt scrub, my skin is sooo soft and smooth after using it and it smells lovely. Its one from Tesco that I picked up when it was on offer to try x http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco...crub_650g.html

make your own hun.

ingriedents:
sugar,honey,oatmeal,olive oil,avocado, coffee grounds.

honey:
Healing and soothing along with an ability to help skin retain moisture.

olive oil:
Soothing, moisturizing. Antioxidants help protect the skin from the effects of aging.

oatmeal(use natural unflavored):
Healing and soothing for the skin especially sensitive skin. Ground up for finer scrub or left as for a little more action.

coffee grounds(used are just fine):
They are antibacterial, exfoliating and stimulating to the skin.

sugar(table sugar or coarse):
Works well with olive oil to provide gentle scrubbing for your homemade exfoliant.

I use chemical free body products as I think they are less harsh on my skin. I like the Naked range from boots, they do a scrub and it isn't too expensive compared with other natural ranges.
