you calling me a crip?!

You know, some silly little tart thought that I'd get all upset if she called me a crip, turned around and said "yeh...and?..." was quite funny... at 'my chair is better than yours"

I dunno what I want next, but it's gotta have cool suspension though.

Well, if its a road chair that I end up getting next I might well end up making it myself... I know enough welders and engineers.. pfft! This one is only a year old though so I've gotta make it last...

Silly fact: Natasha finds it easiest to breast feed Anna in my wheelchair... the cheek!

It must be comfy then! lol

I'd love to have one made myself, but I've only had the mario cart for about 18 months....bought the cover for it for another 18 month so I guess I'd better wait til that runs out haha

I got a non-folding, lumber adjust back (not a jays but strapped at every inch)... its fantasticly comfortable.

My only gripe is that the brakes are shockingly bad unless really tight.

Mine won't fold down or come apart - well it will come apart but it's bigger in bits than together! which is really annoying cause it means that I always have to get wheelie taxis - OMG they cost a bloody fortune!

From the looks of it you probably couldn't get the chair into a TX/TXII/TXIV either... another reason for a manual for me, when travelling for work and stuff, especially when I was working in London.

Is London now a right pain in the rear to get around with a W/C?

Not with a manual... electrics can have fun with cabs but are ok on most buses... depends on yer chair width, really.

We did London on Thursday (Tasha, Anna and I)... we started at Liverpool Street, hopped on the #11, got off at Strand, walked up to covent garden, met my bro, walked to Leicester Square, then to Westminster, tube to Canary Wharf, DLR to stratford, train to liverpool street, final photos there and then back home on the train. Fantasmico!

my manual does the big steps too... I jump off buses, trains, off steps... everywhere... you can only imagine Tasha's surprise when I first introduced her to Dom Vs Tube... I literally just jumped on!
