| Here we have 2 bands, (priority and not-priority). The deciding factor for those without priority is how long you have been in your current tenancy, rather than how long you have been waiting.
The different systems mean that it is easier for some people to get a home in one area than it would be in another. It's insane, you would think it would be the same where ever you live in the country. I think it must be dependant on how big the housing stock is in a certain area on how they choose to manage bidding or points and I know some areas you wont get anywhere unless you are homeless. |
