tesco.com phoned me this am as my card wasnt processing for my shopping.. so checking my online banking i was fuming to see they had charged me twice for my shopping!!!!!!

so after a 20 min phonecall and all teh rants under the sun.. i recheck my online banking to find its my council tax not me being charged twice at all!!!!!

but me being the big person i am, called back to apologise!!! so bang goes my pride

I once had a right do with Paypal, why had they set up a direct debit etc... and why wouldn't they tell me what it was for, i honestly couldn't find what it was for was just showing up as DD on Bank account

I was in a right strop and demanded to speak to a manager, i was nearly in tears i was sooo angry about it

Turns out it was for some photos i had ordered online and because of way mine is set up it say DD not Paypal payment

I did apologise as i felt so bad i had shouted at this woman
