So, I bought my highchair and got over 1200 points! However when I log into my boots.com account it says I have 0 points? It says to wait 24 hours, which I have, but it doesn't tell you what to do if you've waited 24 hours and they don't appear on there?

Maybe it justs takes ages to update? I know when I pay things online (Next, Littlewoods, Credit Card - they all take a long time to update). Apart from that I have no clue, sorry!

If you have ordered online when you get your order you then need to collect your points instore. To do this you wait for 5 days after receiving yoru sgood, go to Boots points machine, enter card (dor lol) & bingo as soon as you enter that card your points balance will change. When the system changes your points the rest will update
