I have no idea why it has happened all of a sudden. For some reason when I eat chocolate I come out in a rash, it looks like the kind of rash after brushing against stingy nettles. Trial and error lead to me finding out the cause.
I end up awake all night scratching and making myself bleed.
I used to get it before, but only on my feet. I just ignored it, not thinknig anything of it, or bothering to look for a cause. Now I get it on my arms and legs.
I have left chocolate alone now for 2 weeks and the scabs are nearly all healed.
I did have a sneaky bite of OH's bounty (Oh er
) on Sat, and imediatly started scratchng.
I suppose it will help with the weight loss though huh?
its so unfair. My favorate food in the world and I can't eat it. It's driving me mad. Since having bubba eating chocolate brings me out in hives that drive me bonkers scratching them.
