Cold water, cold water, cold water, cold water - get her feet under the taps and run the cold water. You need to keep them there for quite a while to take the heat out of the burn. Dont put any creams on - just cover in clean, sterile gauze. If its a bad scald, she might need to see a doctor as the skin on the foot is very thin

Is this recent? She should keep cool running water over her feet for at least 10-15 minutes. Human flesh will carry on "cooking" for at least that long if it's been in contact with something hot enough to burn it, so you really need to be cooling it.

Aloe vera is good for soothing burns. But if we're talking bad scalding over most of her feet, I'd actually getting her checked out at hospital.

I did this a while back, spilled boiling water on my foot
I put it under cold water for about half hour until it went numb then...i know it sounds daft...but i put the fan on and stuck my foot infront of it and it cooled it right down!
Also took some of my super strong painkillers

Hope her foot is better in the morning x
