About not being able to log in - if it's after 1am, I think they stop allowing you to order and/or log in. Hope that helps.

So I made an order & timed it pretty damn well as OH was out when it arrived! So gradually I showed him caitlins new swim & beach wear ..... Only 2 days later he cottoned on and went "where did you get them ... "have they got next tags on" pulling the tags whist I was trying to hold on to them

I'm really angry at Next for exactly this reason. I rang to buy some maternity clothes, and wanted to pay by card... went through the pages, to be told that my order 'was confirmed' ????? I was really confused So I rang them, and said how could I have placed an order without paying them yet. I was told that I get the things on 'home approval' first, and then can pay for them. So I said ' So, in effect, I have just applied for credit'. I can't have catalogues, as I'm awful, I just buy everything.... so needless to say, I'm at £180 already ( but the nursery does have gorgeous curtains and rug ).
They should inform you that you are applying for credit.
