this is a funny thread I never sent an accidental one but I have received a lot of a them lol one just happened a few days ago a girl sent me a txt that said hey sexy I had fun with you today and I couldn't tell her wrong number cause my phone was disconnected at the moment so I can only receive txt but can't call or txt back anyway so I guess she still thought it was the right number and I had the phone connected the next day and she sent a picture of herself in a pose wearing only underwear I thought that was to embarrassing and had to let her know it was the wrong person but that I had erased it. She said sorry that was ment to my man.

It does sound like he is cheating and that was a lame attempt to try and make you think he's not.

My hubby is called matt and my mom is called mom obviously, and in my phone i regularly send texts to her by mistake, she forwarded it back to me but it read '' Hey honey, wont be back til 6 ish, lots of naughtyness tonight yeash?''

its hard to say. I have a male friend and we sign our texts with x. OH has female friends that do the same.
I do think though that if your gut is telling you he is cheating, then you need to listen. Your gut is usually right.
