I'm Currently Feeling: | OMG isn't it so frustrating when you are almost asleep and then OH starts to snore waking you up and then you have to try and fall asleep all over again. Many time I have come downstairs to sleep on the couch because of it. It doesnt matter how many times I nudge him he still does it. He's used nasal strips and snore spray but it did not help one bit. It's only started to get really bad in the last 5-6 months. Before he quit smoking he hardly snored.
It doesn't wake me up from a sleep but if I get up with Angel at 6 and try to get back to sleep its almost impossible!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I use earplugs too. They drown out the snoring enough to fall asleep and stay asleep but I can still here my alarm in the morning (when I decide to set it). Also drowns out obnoxious kitty antics. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I send Stu night-fishing once a fortnight so I can get one good nights sleep!!!!
You should see the bags under his mates eye's the next day cause he's kept them up all night!!!
We've tried breatheright strips, snoring sprays, throat spray from the docs, loads of stuff, but nothing works. I can't use ear-plugs cause of Charlie. Stu sleeps soooo deep that even if Charlie screams down his ear, it won't wake him! |

Iīve recorded him snoring on my phone and played it back to him and he says "Thatīs not me" then laughs!!
Personally I think a pillow over the face is the answer!!! |
