Our Morgage advisor is S**T!!!

We had the moving in date for Dec 5th ... the lazy arsed B*****D has bothered to do NOTHING!!!!

I spent ALL DAY on the phone yesterday and today relaying information between my solicitor and the sellers solicitor to find out exactly where were up to with the purchasing of the property. Thats that T**TS job!!!

We havn't heard from our Morgage Advisor since last monday, he didn't tell us that the survey was back or that he had BULLSHITTED on the morgage forms about gav's earnings!!!! IM FUMING!!!

I now have to go in tomorrow and re-send ALL paper work to northern rock to prove gav's earnings for the morgaged cause he decided to bend the truth!!! im so bloody CROSS, it's delayed us 2wks and the cheating sod tried to cover it up ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Worse is the contract is ready to sign but we have no final morgage yet.

Tis true what they say though ... you want something doing then do it you chuffing self!

It has been my experience that Buying a House can be the most stressfull thing in the whole world. I hope that things get sorted out for you Sweetie. Just think, When this is all over, you will be a home owner :wink:

Oh Imi that sucks Can you still get the mortgage on Gav's real earnings? We have to lie about Matt's earnings, but at least the MA told us that!!

thats apalling, ours got a percentage from the mortgage and insrance companies...i would report him, they are in a regulated role honey...bxox and the compo could well pay for some carpets...lol

Hope you manage to get everything sorted. Strange you have a moving date of the 5th though , cause Ialways thought you only ever completed on Fridays.

We completed on a Friday too, gave us the weekend to get settled!
