Asda made a complete dog's dinner of an online food shopping order I made a few weeks back, as some of you may remember. I complained, they gave me free delivery for my next order. So I did my food shopping online last week. However, the day the money was supposed to come out of my account, a direct debit came out too which I had forgotten about. So Asda cancelled the order because of insufficient funds. So I go to do my shopping today, thinking I'll get to use the free delivery voucher that that had so generously given me to make up for their disgustingly poor service...only to find that it's gone. So no free delivery for me  |

fed up of lack of parent child bays and the few that were there being used for people using the cash point, people with older children. the local one is a superstore with 3 baby trolleys and extremely rude members of staff working on customer service desk. emailing customer services resulted in a reply of 'we'll look into it' but nothing was done. we've voted with our feet and won't be shopping with them again, even though its an extra 10 min drive. | |

| Mum (Mom) Inactive Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 5,902 | Im also annoyed at asda , ordered an album from them 14th dec which i got an email later that day saying despatched delivery within 3days, at the time post was normal. I still haven't got anything! I contacted them & was told i had to wait until 30th dec, 16days after purchasing before they could do anything, So i emails them 30th , no reply, emails again 2nd no reply... emails again yesterday with a few select words shall we say & hey today they email me asking if i wanted refund or replacement , i cant even go to the store to collect what i paid for ! So i now have to wait again to see if arrives whilst having to re explain to my 6yr old nephew why his xmas present still hasn't come  I cant even get to the supermarkets to shop with josh & pram as they are out of town & i cant afford to be paying £8/£9 in taxis. I do asda online but never once yet has everything come ive ordered grr |
