We pay our credit card by direct debit, have not had a bill for 3 months, got 1 this morning its been payed off for the last 3 months, but they have still taken out the money out of our bank so i m in credit, are they loud to do that, i always thought as it hits 0 balance they stop taken it out of yr bank...

no they will contuine to take a payment until u cancell the DD if your in credit ring them up and they will refund CC back in to ur account and if you owe nothing now cancel DD hope this helps
