The majority of us are or will be on Maternity leave no doubt, and others that have either returned to work or not yet at work should be able to get the time off if they give plenty of notice and this is arranged well in advance?
Personally one of my reasons being is because I'd really love to come, I have been checking rail tickets, National Express, Domestic flights and looking at the option of staying over but to come down from the North East on the Saturday almost doubles in price and its so expesiveto stay over and I obv cant talk for the rest of you but im quite hard up at the mo with only getting MA and child benefit & it would cost me a fortune in Diesel to drive down and then park the car and I only get back from Majorca on the £15th and to come on the 16th will only cost me £24.00 on the train return from Darlo
Just a suggestion but if not I might be half tempted to drive as that is expensive but cheaper than flights or other methodsof public transport on the saturday
I was talking to OH just there and we are coming
I get dragged to all his car shows (well not dragged I do enjoy them but don't tell him) so I said to him about this meet and he was all for it
Any day suits us so get polling girls
I noticed other TTCers where going so decided why not
Will be great to put names to faces

Tilly went to the one at Earls court I beleive so perhaps she might be able to tell us more.
If we deceide on the saturday I may drive... Parking is £8 and its about 3.5 hours drive but its mainly Motor Way so its not so bad I guess, its just thecost of Diesel. My car guzzles it like there is no tomoro.

I went to the one at Excel London, it's basically lots of units with different baby companies (the bigger ones, like Mothercare, Huggies, Mamas and Papas, then some private ones selling cute bits). Lots of promotional stuff, we got weeks worth of washing tabs/conditioner lol and free nappies, bounty packs. Also had some photos taken by Comfort (for free, you go early and book a slot then get 1 free photo and discounted ones online), we also had a Prima baby photo taken. They have a stage with people like Annabel Karmel coming to talk and baby fashion shows.
It's a good day out but quite tiring!
