I know noone usually replies to my thread but this is really really important. Does anyone know whether the magistrates courts are in session on a Saturday? I've looked everywhere and can't find out

Not sure, I did jury service at a magistrates court though and the court only ran mon-fri. can you phone them?

I too have been involved in a case that run Mon-Fri, not sure for certain tho.

I dont know hun. Up here, if you are arrested on a Friday you are in the cells till you can be seen in court on Monday, unless its over xmas where they run special sessions so they dont have people in custody for days on end
