I have CS3 and dont exactly know how to use it properly - but i think the latest one is CS4 and you can get that for about £160 on ebay?

I started using this guy on youtube called Photo Gavin who goes through different tools and how to do stuff. Gon on and have a look, maybe even sending him a message asking to explain what you get in the newer package?

I dunno what the difference is between the two but i'd always say for that little extra i'd get the latest edition, but thats just me!

Theres also a photography group in the BnB groups section, possibly someone in there may be able to give you a few more answers than me!

I use PS CS4 and know how to use it - it's fab. Maybe start off with elements or lightroom, if you get on with those then upgrade if you feel you need it.
