paypal!!!

arrgghhh im fed up with them!!

i sold something a few weeks ago on ebay, the women paid thursday afternoon i sent monday morning now shes opened a dispute with paypal saying i didnt send them quick enough

so they have with held my money and have asked for proof of postage, i have the proof but they want a tracking number, the item was sent by second class so i dont have a tracking number!!!

i have 1256 feedbacks on ebay and not one single negative in nearly 5 years but someone comes along with 80 something feedback and she has more rights than me!

why should i have to prove when i sent them, shes got them fgs!!

im fuming!!!

it wasnt much only just over £10, she never even sent me a message first asking if i had sent them!

her only comment in the dispute is...unreceived, waited ova the seller expected time for arrival. No strike no excuse....

what does that mean has she got the boots and shes just complaining that i took too long to send them, its the no contact thing thats got me!!

i only sent them on monday!!! shes jumping the gun a bit dont ya think!

yeah i no what you mean i will buy now but not sell i mean ebay and paypal are the same company **so ive been told** so you get charged to list charged to sell and charged for having money go into paypal and its not exactly cheap i mean my mum started something at £5 a day there was not listing fee well ebay took 50p off that when it ended at £5.00 and then paypal took there bit so she did not even get what she wanted

I was pretty PSSD with a seller not long ago brought a dress "brand new condition but been worn" had a hole in the side accepted a £5 refund to fix it and the missing gems but.

To many people are out there to buy something and say it never turned up if not recorded or say its broken after they have used it for a week ect so i dont think i will be a seller for a long time or untill they change the rules of only protecting the buyer the new rules make me i cannot leave neg feedback if i sell to a SHTY buyer

I never tried to sell anything on ebay but have always felt honoring the good will and expectations of the buyer/seller agreements was a good thing to do. I've considered selling something on ebay but from what I'm hearing here, I think it might be best not to! Sorry to hear you're having such rotten experiences with buyers, and I do think it was unfair when they changed the policies so that sellers couldn't leave negative feedback when negative feedback is warranted. I don't agree with the policy that ''the customer is always right''.
