The Cadilliac STS would be a nice car too own. They're safe, somewhat reliable, comfortable and spacious... and not that great of a thing since you're going to have little ones in it, but they're beginning to pack all those cars with HORSE POWER... Some of those cadilliacs use the same motor as the corvette, they just drop them in there. They are power machines now.

I think power wise, the GTO is more comparable to the Corvette. The 05 & 06's came with the LS2, with 400hp and 400lbs tq. Even the SS Camaros wont touch them stock. When they bring back the Camaro it probably will, since they will probably have put more power in it. But the 02's came with the old LS1.
DH is such a GM man. His family owns all Lexus' so for a minute he was talking about getting a Lexus, but I knew it was just talk. He wont drive anything but GM. (Hence the Cadillac now) I bet your Corvette is fun! =) My moms best friend and her husband have a Corvette club and they go on runs all around the country. They had the club over for the Daytona 500 and me and DH went over there. It literally looked like a Corvette dealership lol. There were 6 Corvettes on their driveway, and 6 more on the street. And their friend who works for a Chevy dealership brought a brand new z06 for everyone to check out. DH REALLY wanted that car! LOL!
