Im currently doing a NVQ in customers service and my brain isnt working today.

I need to put together a questionnaire for our customers to answer on the services we provide.

things such as telephone manners, phones answered quickly, presentation of our reception, ect ect.

Any one got ideas on question? please please please.

Phone answered within three rings?

Operators/ service agent given their name?

Standard greeting used? " welcome to blah blah how can i help you today"

Hold times? How long were you put on Hold?

Way your enquiry dealt with sufficiently?

Were you called back within a certain time period?

Operators/service agents telephone manner? Polite? Clear? Well spoken?

How easy was it to get hold of the relevant department you require?
