| I bank with Natwest, never had any problems with them, but I've never needed to talk to anyone either so I don't know how good their customer service is xx | | | | Status: Offline

| I've got a joint one with my OH with yorkshire and a account on my own with lloyds. Had no problem with them until my no overdraft account became an account with a £300 overdraft I hadn't asked for! | | | | Status: Offline

| Bank of Scotland which is joint with Halifax. However, I wouldn't reccommend them as they're bringing new overdraft charges soon. It's £1 a day as soon as you're into your overdraft. Thieving twats. | | | | Status: Online
