I bank with Natwest, never had any problems with them, but I've never needed to talk to anyone either so I don't know how good their customer service is xx

I've got a joint one with my OH with yorkshire and a account on my own with lloyds. Had no problem with them until my no overdraft account became an account with a £300 overdraft I hadn't asked for!

me and the oh have a savings account for our baby fund at halifax and oh also has his main account there too and never had any problems with them so i think i'm going to get a current account there plus i have a small branch a 3 min drive from me if i need to put money in instead of going into the busy town centre

Bank of Scotland which is joint with Halifax. However, I wouldn't reccommend them as they're bringing new overdraft charges soon. It's £1 a day as soon as you're into your overdraft. Thieving twats.
